Pizzo San Michele and Monte Mai are two of the highest peaks in the Amalfi Coast, offe
some of the most spectacular panoramic views in the region. This challenging trail will take
you across rocky ridges, dense forests, and alpine meadows, rewarding you with
unparalleled vistas of the coastline and the mountains. As you climb higher, the landscape
becomes more dramatic, with sheer cliffs and deep valleys.
The two peaks—Pizzo S Michele and Monte Mai—each offer their own unique views of the coastline, t
surrounding mountains, and even the distant islands of Capri and Ischia on a clear day.
The trail is quite demanding, requiring stamina and determination, but the views at the
summit are worth every step. Along the way, you may also encounter a variety of wildlife,
including birds of prey and wildflowers, making this hike a perfect blend of adventur
nature, and stunning landscapes.
