The “3 Calli” trail, departing from Agerola, is a more challenging and rewarding hike that
takes you across some of the most scenic and rugged terrain in the region. The name “3
Calli” refers to the three hills you will summit during this loop, each offering diffe
perspectives and views of the Amalfi Coast. The trail begins in the town of Agerola, whi
itself offers stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains and the coast below.
From ther
the path climbs up through dense forests, rocky ridges, and ancient terraced farmland,
with each hill offering its own unique view of the coastline and surrounding areas. The hi
is strenuous, but it is immensely rewarding for those who are willing to take on the
challenge. Along the way, you’ll pass through traditional villages, experience the incredible
biodiversity of the region, and witness the changing landscapes as you move between lush
forests and open ridgelines.
